Job summary

Agility Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead complex engineering and integration efforts in FedRAMP-compliant hybrid environments.

The role emphasizes architecture design, governance, and end-to-end project leadership across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud ecosystems. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in Salesforce development, holds PD2 and AI Specialist certifications, and demonstrates strong communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or similar role.
• 6+ years of Salesforce development; PD2 and AI Specialist certifications.
• Strong Salesforce customization and configuration expertise (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Experience on enterprise Salesforce projects using agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Current Salesforce certifications (PD2, Platform Developer I & II).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of integration patterns, architecture, and security best practices.
• Owns full release cycles (SFDX, Copado/GitHub Actions) and mentors juniors.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of high-performance Salesforce solutions.
• Analyze business processes and optimize through Salesforce implementations.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, developers, and stakeholders.
• Enforce governance, code reviews, and Salesforce best practices.
• Provide system administration support for Salesforce environments.
• Mentor teams on technical delivery and best practices.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
