Job summary

Synechron is seeking a Salesforce Feature Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of complex features within Agile teams. The role collaborates with Product Owners, Technology Managers, and engineers to deliver high-quality outputs aligned to PI objectives.

The candidate should bring deep Salesforce expertise in Visualforce, Apex, and integration patterns, plus experience with Flow, Process Builder, and Lightning Components to enable scalable workflows and secure configurations across platforms.

Qualifications

Strong Salesforce capabilities: Visualforce, Apex, web services, and configuration.
Experience with high-scale workflows using Process Builder, Flow, and approvals.
Exposure to integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud and AppExchange solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce feature workstreams.
Coordinate with Product Owners and engineering teams to ensure PI-aligned delivery.
Ensure code quality, design standards, and integration patterns are followed.
Drive feature progress tracking, risks, and delivery metrics for stakeholders.
