Capgemini is hiring a Salesforce Engagement Manager to serve as the primary liaison for client business and technology leadership. The role is hybrid and requires local or relocation to Omaha, NE. You will lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and data platform initiatives, manage budgets, and coordinate across cross-functional teams.

You will build trusted relationships with executives, drive governance, and ensure business value realization through adoption and transformation programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program, project, or engagement management
• 5+ years leading Salesforce transformation programs
• Experience with multi-million-dollar enterprise tech initiatives
