Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Salesforce Enterprise Architect – Advisory Lead (Sr Manager) to serve as the trusted advisor to a Fortune 500 client during a major acquisition. You will lead the engagement, defining the strategy and roadmap for consolidating two large Salesforce estates, and guiding delivery teams through the consolidation.

You will advise on licensing, operating model, and CoE design while shaping follow-on work. This role is hybrid with local or relocation to Omaha, NE.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in CRM, including 8+ years in Salesforce.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale CRM programs end-to-end.
• Experience with org consolidation or M&A integration in large multi-org environments.
• Breadth across Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing Clouds; Data Cloud and MuleSoft familiarity.
• Executive presence and ability to advise VP/C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish the engagement: stakeholder alignment, governance, discovery plan and quick wins.
• Assess Salesforce estates (orgs, clouds, data models, integrations, licensing, security).
• Define target-state architecture and consolidation strategy with risks and sequencing.
• Build the integration roadmap covering data migration, identity/SSO, and Day 1/100 milestones.
• Advise on license rationalization, contract strategy, operating model and CoE design.
