Capgemini is hiring Salesforce Engagement Manager who will serve as the primary point of contact for client business and technology leadership. This role is hybrid and requires local or relocation to Omaha, NE.

You will lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and data platform initiatives, build trusted executive relationships, and coordinate across architects, analysts, and developers while managing budgets, risks, and timelines to deliver business value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program, project, or engagement management experience.
• 5+ years leading Salesforce transformation programs.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar enterprise technology initiatives.
• Experience with transportation, logistics, railroad, or industrial clients preferred.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and data platform initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and run governance meetings.
• Manage scope, budgets, risks, and change controls across teams.
• Coordinate across Solution Architects, BAs, Enterprise Architects, developers, and partners.
• Ensure alignment of business objectives with technical implementation and user adoption.
