Job summary

ListEngage, in collaboration with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) at the Milford, Ohio delivery center, seeks a Salesforce CoE Lead to drive governance, growth, and talent strategy for Salesforce services. This role reports to the Head of ListEngage Academy and bridges business demand with talent availability.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional initiatives, define standards, and scale the Salesforce practice across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data 360 ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional Salesforce leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in any field required.
• Salesforce certifications strongly preferred.
• Understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem incl. Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Data 360, Industry Clouds

Responsibilities

• Lead the Salesforce CoE and governance.
• Define standards and best practices for Salesforce delivery.
• Ensure reuse of assets and accelerators across projects.
• Drive business demand and growth for Salesforce services.
• Define and execute the Salesforce growth strategy.
• Manage stakeholders including account leadership and partners.
• Oversee training and certification strategy for junior Salesforce talent.
• Upskill internal resources into Salesforce roles via enablement programs.
• Attract and hire experienced Salesforce professionals externally.
