Job summary

TruSummit Solutions, LLC in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a Salesforce Engagement Lead/Project Manager to drive successful Salesforce implementations for clients. You will partner with delivery managers to align projects with business objectives and Salesforce best practices.

Responsibilities include leading client projects, developing PM methodologies, guiding teams, managing risks, and reporting KPIs. Travel up to 30% and remote work options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience leading enterprise software implementation projects.
• 3+ years relevant industry experience in Professional Services Project Management.
• Proven experience in project management, specifically with Salesforce implementations or related CRM systems.
• Demonstrated ability to earn the trust of sponsors and stakeholders, set direction, resolve conflicts, and execute with limited information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary lead on client projects, project activities, and facilitate client stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and implement project management methodologies, standards, and processes.
• Work closely with delivery team leads and senior management to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Align to and champion TruSummit's Delivery Process framework with the PM team.
• Provide guidance and support to project managers throughout planning, execution, and monitoring.
