Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and platform capabilities.
• Experience building and managing Flow automation.
• Experience with reports, dashboards, data management, and security.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions.
• Experience gathering requirements and working with non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Salesforce.
• Partner with leaders and end users to map processes and identify improvements.
• Configure objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and permissions.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for programs, fundraising, and grants.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using Salesforce.
• Support and enhance Salesforce functionality related to grants, donations, campaigns, and reporting.
• Expand Salesforce adoption across programs and departments.
• Maintain data quality, security, and governance; manage users and access.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing user support.
• Develop documentation and training to increase user adoption.
