Job summary

Foundation Risk Partners is seeking a Salesforce Enablement Lead to drive user readiness, adoption, and ongoing engagement across its Insurance and Wealth & Retirement Salesforce platforms. The role bridges Salesforce capabilities with everyday users, delivering training, office hours, and scalable resources.

You will lead enablement for two Salesforce orgs, create onboarding plans for new agencies, and partner with cross-functional teams to reflect current processes and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3–5 years in a similar Salesforce-focused role.
• Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst Certification preferred.
• Strong Salesforce knowledge for training and enablement across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce enablement activities and training across two orgs.
• Develop and deliver role-based training for users via live and virtual sessions.
• Create onboarding plans and post-launch enablement for new agencies.
• Produce end-user documentation, job aids, and communications for Salesforce changes.
• Coordinate with platform leads and stakeholders to reflect current processes.
