Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three or more years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Consultant.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (Vuture, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or HubSpot) and campaign management.
• Experience building Salesforce Flow and data quality initiatives.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve operations and processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the Salesforce platform, including core object and field setup, validation rules, page layouts, user permissions, and supported third‑party integrations.
• Create and maintain screen flows and process automations that streamline data entry, approvals, and repetitive user tasks.
• Design and maintain reports and dashboards for visibility into pipeline, activity, and client relationships.
• Ensure data integrity through regular audits and data hygiene standards across the Firm.
• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and drive user adoption.
