Job summary

Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP seeks a CRM and Email Marketing Specialist to manage Salesforce CRM and email marketing, including Vuture campaigns. You will collaborate with the Marketing Technology and Operations Manager and the Digital Marketing Analyst to optimize audience segmentation, cadence, and performance metrics.

The role emphasizes data integrity, cross-functional collaboration, and confidentiality in client matters, with flexible hybrid work across Chicago, DC, or New York offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator or Consultant.
• Salesforce Administrator certificate required.
• Experience with marketing platforms (Vuture, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, HubSpot) and campaigns.
• Experience building process automation with Salesforce Flow.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the Salesforce platform, including core object and field setup, validation rules, page layouts, user permissions, and integrations.
• Create and maintain screen flows and process automations for data entry and approvals.
• Design and maintain reports/dashboards for pipeline and client relationships.
• Ensure data integrity through audits and data hygiene standards.
• Translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and drive user adoption.
• Promote CRM best practices Firmwide and governance of data entry.
• Support onboarding and training materials for users.
• Stay current on Salesforce releases and AppExchange features.
