Job summary

Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP in Washington, DC is seeking a CRM and Email Marketing Specialist to manage the Salesforce platform and email campaigns. This role supports attorneys and staff while ensuring data integrity and scalable Salesforce solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of Salesforce experience along with expertise in Vuture, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or HubSpot. This position offers a hybrid work model with remote flexibility (KattenFlex).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of Salesforce administration or consulting experience.
Experience with marketing automation platforms (Vuture, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or HubSpot) and campaign deployment.
Experience building Salesforce Flows and process automation; data quality initiatives.
Experience using AI tools to improve operations and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Salesforce including objects, fields, validations, layouts, permissions, and integrations.
Create screen flows and automations to streamline data entry and approvals.
Design reports and dashboards for pipeline visibility for attorneys and leadership.
Ensure data integrity through audits and data hygiene standards.
Gather requirements and translate into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Champion CRM best practices and data-entry standards Firmwide.
Support onboarding and maintain training materials, including videos.
Stay current on Salesforce releases and AppExchange tools.
