Platform 6 Ltd is seeking a Salesforce Director for Manufacturing for a permanent remote role in the USA, ideally based near NJ. The position drives manufacturing strategy, transformation roadmaps and delivery, with involvement in pre-sales, proposals and workshops.

The role requires 5+ years Salesforce, broad IT experience 12+ years, and expertise in Manufacturing Cloud and ERP ecosystems. Salary ranges from $160k to $230k plus bonus and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Salesforce experience.
• Salesforce consulting experience is essential.
• 12+ years IT experience.
• Experience across Automotive, Manufacturing, Aerospace/Defence, Engineering, Agriculture, Chemical CRM processes.
• Proficient with Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Field Service.
• Familiarity with customer, dealer, distributor, supply chain and service operations.
• Certification: Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Drive manufacturing strategy and transformation roadmaps.
• Lead workshops, support pre-sales and proposal development.
• Shape proposals and guide delivery discussions and outcomes.
