Forsyth Barnes is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect for a 12-month contract in Willingboro, NJ, hybrid. The role focuses on leading a major Salesforce transformation, integrating a cloud-based call centre with Salesforce, and expanding automation and AI capabilities across the ecosystem.

The successful candidate will operate at an architectural level while remaining hands-on, collaborating with cross-functional teams across sales, service, marketing, and customer communications.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Senior Salesforce Architect.
• Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proven ability to architect integrations across Salesforce and external call centre platforms.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud and marketing automation.
• Experience designing complex Salesforce integrations and enterprise-scale architecture.
• Genesys integration experience would be highly desirable.
• Experience with AI and automation within Salesforce would be advantageous.

Job Description

This Senior Salesforce Architect will play a key role in the continued architecture and implementation of a major enterprise Salesforce transformation.

You will work across the Salesforce platform, supporting the integration of sales, service, marketing and customer communication systems. A major focus will be integrating a cloud-based call centre platform into Salesforce and developing a connected customer experience across the organisation.

The role requires someone who can operate at an architectural level while remaining technically hands-on and close to implementation and delivery.
