Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an Associate Business Systems Analyst to support the digital platforms across the business. You will work independently with supervision to gather requirements, design solutions, and support end-to-end implementations with user satisfaction as a priority.

The role emphasizes user management, training, and collaboration with stakeholders while advancing the company’s digital journey and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of business systems analysis experience.
• High School Diploma/ GED and 5 years of business systems analysis experience.
• 1+ years of experience with Salesforce or other CRM tool administration.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to system user satisfaction by promptly responding to emails, phone calls and other inquiries from sales team, dealers, and other system stakeholders.
• All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups for various platforms.
• User support tickets and issue resolution.
• Gather and document requirements from users and stakeholders.
• Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports.
• Monitor user adoption.
• User training and creating training materials.
• Data and system validation to ensure seamless enhancement releases.
