Job summary

Anderson Business Advisors is seeking a Business Analyst to translate complex business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will serve as the main liaison between Salesforce users and engineering teams, driving requirements and backlog management.

The role requires challenging assumptions, guiding stakeholders toward sustainable platform-aligned outcomes, and owning end-to-end coordination of Salesforce initiatives from intake to launch.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience translating business needs into system requirements.
• Experience supporting software delivery teams in Agile environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with Salesforce users to understand workflows and objectives.
• Translate needs into Epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Plan timelines, milestones, and dependencies for Salesforce initiatives.
• Own assigned initiatives from intake through launch, coordinating across teams.
• Identify risks and ensure delivery discipline with clear requirements.
• Mentor less-experienced analysts.
