• Support Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and integrations across multiple business units.
• Analyze and improve business processes using Salesforce best practices.
• Manage and prioritize product backlog items in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Assist with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and case management solution.

• s.Create process flows, use cases, wireframes, and functional design document
• s.Manage and prioritize product backlog items in Agile/Scrum environment
• s.Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Architects, QA teams, and Product Owners throughout the SDL
• C.Support CRM modernization and digital transformation initiative
• s.Assist with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and case management solution
