Job summary

Geneoscopy is seeking a Salesforce Developer and Administrator to design, code, and implement Salesforce applications across our CRM, Order Management, Billing, and LIMS systems. This role will drive Salesforce solutions, analyze objectives, and create workflows while collaborating with Commercial, Lab, and Software teams.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT, 2+ years of Salesforce Admin experience, and proficiency in reports, dashboards, and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field required.
• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Admin experience with user access and security.
• Salesforce certs are a plus (Administrator/Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, etc.).
• Experience with reports, dashboards, and integrations via Salesforce APIs or AppExchange.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal Salesforce performance day-to-day.
• Manage user profiles, roles, permission sets, and data security.
• Audit user access for security policy compliance.
• Design reports and dashboards for KPI tracking and insights.
• Build and optimize workflows with Flow Builder to automate processes.
• Develop solutions for third-party integrations and maintain SDLC governance.
• Configure security controls like IP ranges and login policies.
• Provide training on releases and updates; document changes.
