Job summary

Lightspeed is seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain custom solutions within our Salesforce org. You will partner with Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to translate business requirements into scalable implementations, spanning Apex, Flow, and integrations across Lightspeed’s DMS ecosystem.

You will own deployment pipelines and ensure system health, security, and governance, while contributing to governance and optimization as Lightspeed

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration in a fast-paced SaaS or technology company.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud for subscription, quoting, and contract lifecycle management.
• Active Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer I.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce DX and source-driven development workflows (Git, scratch orgs, unlocked packages).
• Design and build REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms.
• Strong data modeling and security knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, LWC, and Aura components.
• Build and maintain scalable Flow automation and declarative solutions where possible.
• Participate in Agile cycles, sprint planning, code reviews, and release management.
• Maintain deployment pipelines using Salesforce DX, GitHub, Copado or Gearset.
• Maintain a comprehensive test suite with 80%+ Apex code coverage and sandbox strategy.
• Oversee daily operations of the Salesforce org including user setup, profiles, permission sets, and security.
• Configure layouts, objects, validation rules, sharing, and governance to support business needs.
• Perform regular performance and security audits and data quality checks.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and implement relevant updates with regression testing.
• Provide documentation of configurations, integrations, and architectural decisions.
• Own and extend Lightspeed’s Salesforce integration architecture with connected systems.
