Job summary

Synopsys is seeking a Salesforce DevOps engineer to own deployment pipelines and release tooling. You will build, configure, and maintain Copado pipelines, coordinate deployments with developers and admins, and ensure minimal downtime across environments.

Apply Apex, Lightning components, and metadata concepts to support DevOps needs; manage Git-based workflows; document runbooks; and help scale the Salesforce platform as the team grows. You will mentor teammates and help shape best practices.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Salesforce development or admin experience.
• Hands-on Copado deployment experience.
• Strong Git-based version control experience.
• Knowledge of Apex, Lightning, flows, and Salesforce data model.
• Understanding of release management and sandboxes.
• Certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Salesforce deployment pipelines in Copado.
• Develop Salesforce customizations with Apex, Lightning, flows.
• Manage Git-based version control across environments.
• Plan releases with developers and admins to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot Copado job errors and metadata conflicts.
• Maintain sandboxes and data alignment.
• Document release processes and Copado configurations.
