Job summary

Koch Companies in Atlanta/Green Bay seeks a Salesforce Administrator to support GP Consumer Products Group (~900 users). You will be the Salesforce SME, handling security, configuration, automation, and data integrity in a hybrid role with in-office days.

You will partner with sales, service, marketing, and pricing teams to optimize CRM workflows and analytics. The role requires Salesforce Admin certification, 2+ years' experience in business or IT, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in business or IT functions.
• Salesforce admin with Lightning Experience and Sales Cloud.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Experience with Agile / sprint-based delivery (Azure DevOps).
• Exposure to Service Cloud/Pardot/Account Engagement.
• Ability to read Apex to troubleshoot and collaborate with developers.
• Experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide security and administration for Salesforce and other supporting applications.
• Configure custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, and reports/dashboards.
• Design, build, and maintain automation using Salesforce Flow.
• Coordinate with onshore/offshore development resources on handoffs for work beyond admin configuration.
• Provide user support, troubleshooting, training, and data loads.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and develop metrics to measure their effectiveness.
• Maintain technical documentation.
