Job Responsibilities:

As a Salesforce Developer, you will have the opportunity to be a part of ADA's growth and dynamic environment. We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer providing Software Application Development on the Salesforce platform using Object Oriented design methodologies and Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visual Force, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Apex Triggers, and Salesforce Integrations to external systems.

As a key member of our Salesforce Team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining scalable and robust solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in object-oriented design principles and a proven track record of delivering high-quality Salesforce applications. Knowledge of MuleSoft and Omni Studio is a plus.

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5 years of IT experience, including at least 4 years as a Salesforce developer, or 9 years of related experience in lieu of degree
• Extensive knowledge of APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Apex Triggers, and Salesforce Integrations
• Experience with Salesforce declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flows, and Workflow Rules
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in a hybrid workplace
• Active in the Salesforce community
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II preferred)
• Solid understanding of software development (agile), adjacent systems, and infrastructure
• Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and experience with integration tools like MuleSoft
• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components, Aura components, and Apex
• Create and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and other Salesforce artifacts
• Customize and extend Salesforce functionality to meet business needs
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and web services
• Develop and execute unit testing, code reviews, and participate in QA processes
• Document technical specifications, process flows, and architecture diagrams
• Work closely with Salesforce Architects and Admins to design end-to-end solutions
• Maintain solutions through various phases to improve business processes
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Experience with Salesforce configuration changes and release management tools
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with DevOps tools like Copado
• Familiarity with middleware tools like MuleSoft
