• Highly proficient with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Einstein Analytics.
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with all aspects of Salesforce declarative customization - Custom objects, validation rules, OWD settings, profiles, roles, approval processes, permission sets, flows, process builders, etc.
• Highly proficient with Apex, LWC, Lightning Components, Aura, Flows for Industries (DPA), REST API, SOQL, Salesforce Platform events, CDC, etc.
