What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain custom Salesforce solutions on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and OmniStudio
- Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions using APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce Pages, and Lightning Web Components
- Lead the integration of Salesforce with other critical systems using REST, SOAP APIs, and Single Sign-On
- Ensure code quality and maintainability by adhering to defined coding standards
- Analyze complex integrations and troubleshoot system issues to enhance business efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in designing and building integrations
- 7+ years of overall software development experience
- Active participation in the Salesforce community and excellent problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer 2 is a plus
- Proactive attitude toward platform enhancements and best practice implementations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
