Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce developer to be part of our Salesforce platform support Operations (Service Delivery). The ideal candidate should have advanced knowledge of the Salesforce platform and various modules (Sales, Service, Revenue Cloud) and experience in development and support. The candidate should be a US Citizen based in the US mainland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve issues reported on the Production Salesforce Platform as part of operations and Service delivery management.
• Monitor incidents logged through ServiceNow and manage operations meeting SLAs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and SF user groups. Communicate with users and stakeholders at all levels regarding issues and escalations.
• Work closely with support team members to identify system and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Scrum Teams and Product Owners to onboard new features.
• Consult with developers and Solution Architects, providing technical advice to Product Owners, Managers, and stakeholders.
• Estimate effort, timing, and feasibility for enhancements and new features based on business requirements.
• Coordinate with the Release Management team for all releases to Production.
• Follow Salesforce standards, including error handling, trigger design patterns, and bulkification best practices.

Key Skills, Requirements, and Competencies:

• Minimum 6 years of experience with Salesforce Cloud components (Sales, Service, Revenue Cloud).
• Experience with customization and configuration of Salesforce components.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Governor limits, Lightning UI, Apex, and performance optimization.
• Experience developing Salesforce modules, dashboards, interfaces, and database functions using VisualForce, Apex, and Lightning components.
• Knowledge of web-based interfaces and API design using Apex and web services.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Production support teams.
• Proven problem-solving skills for quick recovery of business operations.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Effective communication with users, executives, and senior leaders.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently.
• Strong presentation and influencing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Security, or related field, or equivalent experience.
