- Executive accountability for enterprise Salesforce programs across geographies.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and data platforms.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and vendor ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery for Salesforce programs from requirements to post-deploy support.
- Lead cross-functional teams of developers, analysts, QA, and vendors.
- Translate roadmaps into executable delivery plans and manage scope.
- Collaborate with solution architects to ensure scalable, secure designs.
- Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release readiness.
- Ensure delivery compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
- Improve delivery practices with DevOps tooling and CI/CD.
