Job summary
Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking a Manager of Salesforce Data Engineering to lead a team delivering reliable Salesforce data solutions and two critical workstreams: Dual Org Sync and Data Migration. The role combines hands-on Salesforce development with strong leadership and AI-driven process optimization.
You will mentor engineers, partner with product and data teams, and guide architectural decisions to improve data quality and platform health across enterprise systems.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software/data engineering experience.
- 4+ years developing on the Salesforce platform.
- 2+ years of people management in data/Salesforce teams.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations and org-to-org migrations.
- Proficiency with Salesforce data modeling, SQL, SOQL, CPQ architectures, security, and data lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
- Own the Dual Org Sync workstream and ensure secure data flow across Salesforce orgs.
- Own Data Migration workstream from planning through cutover with minimal business disruption.
- Lead design, delivery, and support of scalable Salesforce data solutions.
- Translate business needs into practical technical plans for data modeling, migrations, and automation.
- Manage a team of engineers including hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with product, stakeholders, QA, data warehouse, and data quality teams.
