Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a senior Data 360 and AI Architect for its Financial Services Salesforce Business Group. You will design enterprise-scale architectures at the intersection of Data 360, Agentforce, and CRM platforms across Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance, guiding client programs with strong architectural leadership.

You own end-to-end technical architecture across Data 360, identity resolution, agentic AI design, and CRM integration; contribute from pre-sale through delivery,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive Salesforce architecture experience across full-lifecycle implementations in consulting environments.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Data 360 and data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, activation, and governance patterns.
• Minimum of 1 year of Agentforce and hands-on experience architecting Agentforce solutions, AI-powered workflows, and/or Voice AI deployments.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience designing enterprise integrations across CRM, data, marketing, and external platforms (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP, event-driven patterns).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; if Associate’s Degree, minimum 6 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Data 360 architecture — end-to-end design of Data 360 solutions including data model and real-time activation.
• Agentforce & Voice AI — architect agentic AI solutions and multi-agent orchestration.
• Data 360 strategy — define customer 360 strategies across Salesforce and third-party sources.
• CRM integration architecture — design integration patterns between Data 360, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud and external platforms; governance across workstreams.
• Pre-sale solutioning — lead technical response for RFPs and Orals; translate AI/data architectures into client narratives.
