Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking a senior Data 360 & AI Architect to lead end-to-end architectural design for Data 360 solutions and agentic AI in Financial Services. You will own data models, ingestion, identity resolution, and CRM integration across Salesforce platforms, guiding proposals from pre-sale through delivery.

You will mentor architects and analysts, contribute reusable patterns, and help shape multi-year client programs, ensuring scalable, high-quality implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce architecture experience in consulting.
• 2+ years Data 360 ingestion/identity resolution/activation.
• 1 year Agentforce experience and AI/workflows exposure.
• 3 years designing enterprise integrations (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP, event-driven).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent (12+ years); if Associate’s, 6+ years.

Responsibilities

• Data 360 architecture — end-to-end design of data model, ingestion, identity resolution, and real-time activation for FS clients.
• Agentforce & Voice AI — architect agentic AI solutions across Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance.
• Data 360 strategy — define customer 360 strategies unifying structured/unstructured data across Salesforce and external sources.
• CRM integration architecture — design patterns between Data 360, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external platforms.
• Pre-sale solutioning — lead technical responses for RFPs/orals; translate AI/data architectures into client narratives.
• Design governance — set standards, review designs, manage technical risk.
• Team leadership — mentor architects and analysts; enforce quality and delivery standards.
• Practice development — contribute reusable architecture patterns and AI use-case frameworks.
