Job summary

Accenture’s Salesforce Life Sciences team is seeking a senior Data Cloud and AI Architect who designs enterprise-scale solutions across Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, Voice AI, and Life Sciences platforms. You will own end-to-end architecture, contribute from pre-sale through delivery, and lead design reviews while guiding delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive Salesforce architecture experience across full-lifecycle implementations in consulting environments.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with Data Cloud and deep expertise in data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, activation, and Data Cloud governance patterns.
• Minimum 1 year of Agentforce and hands-on experience architecting Agentforce solutions, AI-powered workflows, and/or Voice AI deployments.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in designing enterprise integrations across CRM, data, marketing, and external platforms (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP, event-driven patterns).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience; if Associate’s Degree, 6 years minimum.

Responsibilities

• Data Cloud architecture — own end-to-end design of Data Cloud solutions including data model, ingestion strategy, identity resolution, unified profiles, segmentation, and real-time activation.
• Agentforce & Voice AI — architect agentic AI solutions across patient services, HCP engagement, and commercial operations.
• Data 360 strategy — define customer and patient 360 strategies unifying structured/unstructured data into actionable intelligence.
• CRM integration architecture — design integration patterns between Data Cloud, Salesforce LSC/Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external platforms; governance across workstreams.
• Pre-sale solutioning — lead technical response for RFPs and orals; translate complex AI/data architectures into client narratives.
• Design governance — conduct solution design reviews and manage technical risk across programs.
• Team leadership — mentor architects/analysts; guide build quality and delivery standards.
