We are seeking a Salesforce Customer Success Manager for a remote position within the United States.

As a Salesforce Customer Success Manager, your responsibilities include providing post-implementation support, helping clients maximize their Salesforce investment, developing and delivering Salesforce roadmaps that drive business value, and fostering strong, long-term relationships. The role requires technical expertise, analytical thinking, and project management skills to configure and optimize the Salesforce platform. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through best practices to achieve their business objectives.

Accountabilities
  • Lead business process review workshops and analyze client requirements.
  • Define and document release roadmaps tied to business value and user stories.
  • Configure the Salesforce platform following best practices for optimal performance.
  • Manage data migration from legacy systems using Salesforce tools.
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing, including strategy, implementation, and reporting.
  • Develop and deliver end-user training programs to support adoption.
  • Collaborate with Solution and Technical Architects and development teams to implement solutions.
  • Facilitate business discussions, resolve conflicts, and guide change management.
  • Maintain trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders for ongoing success.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in analysis, design, and configuration of Salesforce solutions.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, permissions, data migration, and data modeling.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, including backlog management and sprint planning.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
