Associate Customer Success Manager - (Remote - US)

One of our partner companies is currently looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager in the United States.

As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in helping customers maximize the value of a powerful supply chain intelligence platform. From onboarding to long-term optimization, you will guide users through training, troubleshoot issues, and provide data-driven insights that improve their operational performance. You'll be a trusted partner throughout the customer journey, working cross-functionally to enhance user satisfaction and retention. This is a remote-based role with minimal travel, ideal for someone who is proactive, tech-savvy, and committed to customer success.

Accountabilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers adopt best practices and maximize platform usage
  • Deliver training sessions and resources to improve customer proficiency
  • Monitor and respond to support requests, ensuring timely resolutions
  • Analyze customer data and usage trends to identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain clear and helpful documentation in a knowledge base
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Implementation, and Account Management


Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer success, preferably in a SaaS or supply chain environment
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Quick to learn new technology platforms and tools
  • Customer-first mindset with a proactive, detail-oriented approach
  • Must be based in the United States; sponsorship is not available for this role
