Job summary

MPN Research Foundation (MPNRF) is seeking an Operations Analyst to strengthen CRM, data, and processes across donor stewardship, patient engagement, and research partnerships. You’ll ensure a trusted Salesforce environment, transform data into insights, and drive automation-driven efficiency.

The role spans CRM administration, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on accurate gift processing and scalable workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Salesforce administration or CRM management.
• Advanced CRM experience including flows, reports, dashboards, campaigns, list emails, and object management.
• Experience building and maintaining Zapier automations connecting multiple systems.
• Strong understanding of data integrity, duplicate management, campaign structures, and data governance.
• Proven ability to translate data and process gaps into practical recommendations.
• Ability to work independently and move work forward with minimal direction.
• Strong project management, follow-through, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder-facing documentation skills.
• Tech-savvy with MS Office, SharePoint, Teams, CRM, Monday.com, and related tools.
• Respect for patient voice and organizational values; willingness to support cross-functional teammates.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary CRM administrator and power user for the Foundation’s CRM environment.
• Ensure accuracy and usability of contacts, affiliations, accounts, opportunities, campaigns, and gifts.
• Import, clean, validate, and maintain data from multiple platforms.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows across fundraising, marketing, and operations.
• Identify data quality issues and gaps; promote data governance practices.
• Support CRM integrations (Zapier and third-party platforms) to reduce manual work.
• Document processes, workflows, and data standards for consistency and scalability.
• Conduct regular CRM audits and suggest reporting improvements.
