Job summary

Southwestern Medical Foundation is seeking a Database and Gift Processing Manager to oversee the Salesforce-based CRM, its data integrity, and gift processing workflows. The role will coordinate system integrations, reporting, and process improvements across the Foundation to support donors and fundraising activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce administration, data management, and nonprofit operations, with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One to three years experience administering Salesforce or a Salesforce-based CRM preferred; experience with Kindsight or Affinaquest a plus.
• Experience with grants management systems a plus.
• Experience with large-scale data system conversion, integration and user adoption, a plus.
• Experience in project management and nonprofit operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer the CRM and maintain data integrity, security configurations, and data and process audits.
• Produce dashboards, reports to support fundraising, donor stewardship, and other Foundation activities.
• Manage the daily processing of contributions and ensure gifts are entered, receipted, and acknowledged.
• Coordinate system updates, integrations, testing, and new functionality; provide training and user support.
• Collaborate with Foundation teams to translate business needs into practical system enhancements and workflows.
