Job summary

Sigvaris is seeking a CRM Power User to own Salesforce CRM adoption for the US Sales and Service teams (about 45 users). You will manage the business side of CRM end-to-end, handle day-to-day issues, drive data quality and reporting, and feed the US voice into the global CRM project team.

This hybrid role requires occasional on-site work at the Peachtree City, GA office for meetings and trainings. You will partner with global IT, develop dashboards, provide end-user training, and help evolve the

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years hands-on Salesforce experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience building reports, dashboards and basic automation (Flows).
• Strong communication and training skills across regions.
• Understanding of data management and governance.
• Familiarity with Agile/DevOps delivery framework.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Salesforce functional lead for US sales and service teams.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day Salesforce issues and maintain data quality.
• Collaborate with global IT and BI teams to ensure proper incident routing and analytics.
• Develop CRM training materials and deliver user training.
• Lead UAT and participate in agile sprint activities.
