Job summary

Georgia-Pacific LLC is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support the sales team within the GP Consumer Products Group, serving as SME for Salesforce and related applications. This role is hybrid, located in Atlanta, GA or Green Bay, WI, with three days in the office.

You will configure data objects, build automations with Flow, manage security, provide user support, and collaborate with onshore/offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in business or IT functions.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud on Lightning Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide security and administration for Salesforce and related apps.
• Configure objects, page layouts, validation rules, and reports/dashboards.
• Design and maintain automation using Salesforce Flow.
• Estimate effort for configuration and help scope larger requests.
• Coordinate with onshore/offshore resources on handoffs.
• Provide user support, training, and data loads.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and develop metrics.
• Maintain technical documentation.
