Job summary

Cytek Biosciences, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to serve as the global CRM owner, partnering with Sales Leadership and IT to design, improve, and implement Salesforce enhancements that support commercial strategy.

You will lead CRM training and adoption, manage dashboards and reports, and ensure data quality and accurate forecasting across regions, driving accountability and user experience improvements in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CRM experience with multiple projects from initiation to close out, data quality focused.
• Exceptional data expertise in analysis, insights creation and visualization.
• Advanced skills in CRM and ERP systems.
• Strong flexibility to work with various application development tools.
• Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented and client-focused.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce CRM globally; partner with Sales Leadership and IT to shape scalable CRM solutions.
• Lead CRM training, communication and adoption, including activity tracking and funnel management.
• Develop and maintain activity dashboards for attainment by territory and rep.
• Coordinate with Salesforce vendors to plan and implement approved programs.
• Ensure data accuracy and reporting precision for forecasts and KPI packages.
• Participate in Agile sprints and manage user stories, testing and delivery.
