Qualifications

• 4+ years of CRM, email marketing, or marketing automation experience.
• Salesforce or Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience required.
• Demonstrated experience with CRM database architecture and strategy.
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and competing priorities.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying email marketing campaigns.
• Experience guiding technical resources on CRM build-out.
• Ability to learn multiple CRM platforms quickly.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Executive-level client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a day-to-day CRM contact for assigned client accounts and present to senior client leadership.
• Translate business needs into actionable CRM and email marketing initiatives.
• Manage CRM, email marketing, and marketing automation requests across multiple clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate across internal teams to avoid siloed work.
• Own CRM database architecture and data governance.
• Guide technical resources on structure, feasibility, and best practices.
• Develop, schedule, test, and deploy email campaigns.
• Lead segmentation, personalization, and audience targeting strategy.
• Monitor performance and provide strategic recommendations.
