You will work closely with Salesforce professionals to support business-critical applications and drive platform improvements. This role emphasizes learning, testing, automation, and best practices, with opportunities to research AI features and contribute to enhancements.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in computer science, data science or related technical field.
• Experience with Salesforce: SOQL, Apex, LWC, REST APIs and integration.
• Testing, automation and deployment best practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer and develop the Salesforce platform in a corporate setting.
• Support platform enhancements through configuration, automation, reporting and development.
• Explore AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities and potential business use cases.
• Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, LWC and declarative tools.
• Assist with testing, debugging and validation of enhancements.
• Create and maintain technical and user documentation.
• Contribute to best practices in testing, automation, and deployment.
