Job summary

Textron’s 2027 Digital Services Intern role in Augusta, GA offers hands-on experience supporting Salesforce and E-Commerce operations. You will analyze usage patterns and collaborate with multiple teams to streamline digital experiences.

You will engage in real projects, benefit from mentorship, and gain foundational skills for a marketing/operations career while earning a paid internship during the 10-week summer period.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications or related degree program.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Software knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage and provide user support for Salesforce and E-Commerce applications.
• Analyze customer patterns and tool utilization with stakeholders.
• Collaborate on process analysis and automation for digital experiences with new tools and interfaces.
• Identify and document discrepancies to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Perform ad hoc analysis, attend meetings and respond to requests.
• Complete assigned projects with strong time management and organization.
• Build internal networks across sales, marketing and other functions to optimize cross-brand solutions.
