Job summary

Textron Aviation’s CRM Team seeks a CRM Business Analyst Intern to help deliver business solutions using Salesforce for global sales, support, and marketing. The role focuses on leveraging Salesforce to solve problems through database design and automation tools.

The internship emphasizes hands-on experience, mentorship, and real project work, with a 10-week, 40-hour workweek schedule during late May to early August.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related technical field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM solutions preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Experience with an object-oriented programming language preferred.
• Understanding of relational databases and SQL to create complex data sets.
• Ability to explain technical information to a broad audience.

Responsibilities

• Work on project teams to enhance Salesforce functionality, deliver new features, and improve user experience.
• Automate business processes using Salesforce UI or code.
• Build applications on Salesforce using database design and automation tools.
• Develop reports and dashboards in Salesforce to support business objectives.
• Document business processes through process mapping.
• Build, test, and deploy code within Salesforce.
• Collaborate with other developers for brainstorming and writing code.
