Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager, CRM to lead the Salesforce delivery and operations for a business-critical platform.

You will manage a team of Salesforce administrators, developers, and analysts, driving reliable delivery and operational excellence across the CRM stack. You will partner with Product Owner and Principal Architect to translate roadmaps into actionable plans, uphold governance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement in delivery practices and

Qualifications

Experience leading Salesforce delivery and operations for a business-critical platform.
Strong delivery management skills with experience in Scrum or Shape Up.
Track record building, developing, and retaining high-performing technical teams.
Solid understanding of Salesforce platform and release/operational best practices.
Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience with a data lake/data warehouse that works with Salesforce for BI.
Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; CI/CD and release management (Gearset or DevOps Center); ITSM tooling such as Jira or ServiceNow.
Experience with capacity planning, resourcing, and performance management.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and develop a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
Drive AI-driven capabilities and customer intelligence delivery.
Own day-to-day delivery accountability and ensure on-time, quality releases.
Run operations including incident, change, and release management; track health metrics.
Collaborate with Product Owner to translate roadmap into delivery plans; work with Architect on standards.
