• Partner with Product, delivery, and business leaders to define and execute CRM and go-to-market strategies, including innovation in AI and data-driven insights.
• Guide and influence cross-functional global teams to deliver scalable, client-facing CRM and go-to-market solutions.
• Foster strong partnerships with data analytics leaders to innovate on using AI and machine learning and build out capabilities that enable efficiency and data driven decision-making.
• Influence across product and business leaders to drive alignment, prioritize initiatives, and deliver outcomes.
• Build and sustain a high-performing, collaborative engineering culture grounded in accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
