Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking an Associate, Business and Competitive Intelligence to maintain Salesforce CRM data quality across designated accounts and contacts, enriching records to support Business Development.

You will perform data hygiene, QC against external sources, and generate reports to improve targeting, segmentation, and outreach readiness for the BD teams, partnering with Sales, Marketing and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a marketing, communications, science, data, business, or related discipline; or equivalent experience in a business development, sales operations, CRM, data quality, or commercial support environment.
• Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, including record maintenance, data entry standards, contact/account enrichment, and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify, investigate, and resolve data-quality issues across account and contact records.
• Ability to quality check CRM data against external platforms and approved research sources to confirm accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
• Working understanding of CRO, Specialty Labs, pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences commercial environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns the ongoing maintenance, update, and quality control of Salesforce CRM account and contact records in line with defined Business Development data standards.
• Maintains and applies clear contact and account criteria, ensuring records are complete and correctly segmented.
• Performs regular QC of Salesforce data against external platforms to validate status, relevance, and ownership.
• Identifies, corrects, and prevents data-quality issues including duplicates and outdated contacts.
• Partners with Business Development, Sales Support, Inside Sales, Marketing and leadership to ensure CRM records support targeting and reporting.
