Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Sales Operations Associate II to support the global Business Development team. This role focuses on data integrity, process implementation, and timely reporting to internal and external audiences.

The ideal candidate will manage BD inquiries, coordinate with Marketing, and help triage inbound leads while maintaining Salesforce records for Clinical Solutions and Translational Sciences. Remote work available across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent with 2+ years in a BD role in a CRO setting or 8+ years alternative experience.
• Strong Salesforce experience and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage new BD inquiries and coordinate with Marketing for BD outreach.
• Coordinate sales territories and assist in territory planning with Sales Development.
• Provide support for BD team tasks (RFI, CDA) and trade show management.
• Maintain Salesforce records for Clinical Solutions and Translational Sciences.
• Deliver weekly BD performance reports to the Executive Team.
