Job summary

First Advantage is seeking a Salesforce Data Quality Manager to lead the data operations team responsible for the intake, cleansing, and governance of Salesforce data across Accounts and Contacts. You will coordinate with Revenue, Sales, Marketing, and Finance stakeholders, manage data enrichment tools, and ensure repeatable, auditable processes.

In this role you will mentor data stewards, drive data quality dashboards, and own quarterly improvements to deduplication and completeness metrics

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Salesforce data ops, stewardship, or CRM data quality, with 2+ years of team leadership.
• Excellent English communication with director-level stakeholders during US Eastern hours.
• Strong business analysis to elicit and document requirements for governed data changes.
• Hands-on SQL with joins, deduplication, profiling, and validating large data sets.
• Experience with Data Loader, Workbench, DemandTools, and related Salesforce reports.
• Familiarity with data enrichment providers like ZoomInfo or Dun & Bradstreet.

Responsibilities

• Own intake, prioritization, and delivery of Salesforce data changes.
• Manage Jira Service Management queue with priorities and SLAs.
• Lead data migrations into Salesforce including field mapping and validation.
• Publish weekly data operations summaries to stakeholders.
• Maintain master data standards for Accounts, Contacts, and hierarchies.
• Develop and coach data stewards, engineers, and analysts.
• Collaborate with Head of DIO and other roles.
• Communicate with stakeholders on progress, scope, and needs.
