Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate, four-year degree in Marketing Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.com.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist with CRM system design and enhancements.
• Maintain data quality and support data maintenance efforts for CRM and marketing data.
• Support UX design and data capture improvements for desktop and mobile apps.
• Draft technical documentation and training for new initiatives.
