• Assist with production reporting, operational metrics, and data analysis.
• Partner with IT teams to develop reports and support system enhancements.
• Provide support for Salesforce user training and adoption.

2 days onsite in NYC office / 3 days remote

Position Summary

A growing healthcare organization is seeking a Salesforce Analyst to support its Claims Operations team. This role is responsible for the administration, tracking, analysis, and management of cases within Salesforce while helping improve workflow efficiency and reporting. The Salesforce Analyst will work closely with operational and IT teams to ensure cases are appropriately assigned, monitored, and resolved. Responsibilities

Schedule / Shift

• Monday – Friday
• Standard business hours
• Hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite in NYC, 3 days remote
