Job summary

Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. seeks a Functional Consultant in the Salesforce space to lead implementation projects for client businesses. You will collaborate with the project team and client to design solutions and drive on-platform configuration from start to finish.

You will become a Subject Matter Expert on platform customization, data migration, and deployment best practices, managing time effectively to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce professional.
• 2+ years of experience implementing multiple Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management is a plus.
• Required certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Developer.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-platform configuration/implementation of Salesforce core platform solutions for clients.
• Design Salesforce core platform solutions (Sales, Service, Loyalty Management) for clients.
• Create diagrams/flowcharts (data models, state diagrams) to support client implementations.
• Analyze business processes, identify improvements, and propose Salesforce-based solutions.
• Stay updated on Salesforce features, best practices, and security standards.
