Qualifications
- Proven experience implementing Salesforce.com solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Ability to gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
